Nebraska Residents Directory is a private information service that describes public rolls, record indexes, and historical directory collections. It does not host official records and is not part of a Nebraska agency, court, library, or records office.
2. Permitted Use

- Find a person whose location is protected by a court order

3. No Consumer Reporting Service
Nebraska Residents Directory is not a consumer reporting agency under the Fair Credit Reporting Act (15 U.S.C. § 1681 et seq.). Neither the site's material nor results from a linked tool are consumer reports, and they cannot be used to decide eligibility for credit, employment, housing, insurance, or another purpose covered by the FCRA.

Stat. §§ 84-712 through 84-712.09, govern access requests to public custodians; the Nebraska Data Privacy Act, §§ 87-1101 through 87-1130, applies to covered controllers subject to its limits.
12. Severability
If a court finds one term unenforceable, all remaining terms continue to apply.
